Rates are per night for the whole villa, not per person.
Min 2 nights stay except where stated.
Note: No check-ins or check-outs are permitted on 25th, 26th, or 27th December, or 1st January, as no live-in staff will be available.
Stay 7 nights during school holidays (excl Easter, Christmas & New Year) and receive a 10% discount.
A 50% deposit is payable within 2 weeks of booking and the balance is due a month before arrival. If arrival is within a month of booking, full payment is due straightaway. Secure online credit card facilities are available.
A R2000 breakage/damage deposit is payable with the final payment and will be refunded within 10 working days of departure should there be no damage. International guests should pay this by credit card so that it is easily refundable. Should the damage cost more than R2000 to fix/repair, costs will be passed onto the client.
A R500 cleaning deposit is payable with the final payment and if the house is not left clean & tidy like it was in on arrival, which includes washing up not done, rubbish not put into the dustbins in refuse bags, mess/rubbish left all over the car park or the bush, bottles or bottle caps in the bush, cigarette ends in the bush or the plant pots etc., the deposit will be forfeited.
Later check-ins are possible but there is a fee of R300 for this. Regret no check-in’s after 21h00 and entrance into the estate will not be allowed. If we have no check-ins on the day you check out and you would like to check out a little later, please ask us on check-in.
